With several million players, the game of Farmville has likely seen billions exchanged in coins and cash daily in the market place. If you play the game, it’s not easy to miss these currencies displayed in your upper left players window. Coins are stacked up like you might see in a poker game, and the Farmville cash is bundled up in a bill wrapper. But what is the difference between cash and coin?

You can use both types of currencies in the game to purchase different types of items in the market place. Some items you will find available only for coin, some will be for cash, and some may be available for both. Unfortunately there is no way to exchange one for the other and one of these two is much harder to come by.

Farmville coins are readily abundant. They are needed to purchase all the seeds available, and are earned back with some interest upon your harvest. Coin is collected when you harvest from animals, and it is also awarded as a bonus with other things in the game. While you can purchase additional coin with real money you have, there is really no need for this if you know how to play the game. Coin bonuses can be found on your friends feeds, and as mentioned before they can be earned at just about any point in the game just by planting some crops.

Farmville cash on the other hand is not so easy to come by. When you first begin the game you will be given 5 FVC, and as you level up you will see this number increase. You may occasionally get a bonus from Zynga where they give some out to all the players, and single dollars have been spotted in the purple gift mystery boxes. Overall there are no reliable ways to find this type of currency, other than actually buying it with your real money.

Presently in the game you can only achieve level 70. You begin at level one, so when you do the math the most cash you can expect to earn is 74 FVC. Going into the market place, you will find buildings, animals, and specialty items that will make your farm stand out from the rest. Many of these items will only be offered in exchange for the dollars, and they can be quite expensive.

What should you do? When visiting the market for a purchase, keep in mind the scarcity of Farmville cash. Once it is gone, it is unlikely you can earn it back by any free means. Use coins when ever the option is available for things like expanding your farm. Help your neighbors by sending gifts regularly that may cost them some cash as they will be sure to do the same for you. If you do run out of Farmville coin, search the feeds to get a boost.

Stay thrifty, and you can get a lot of enjoyment out of the game. Don’t beat yourself up too much if you do find yourself pulling out your wallet for something special, just remember to buy Farmville cash as the coin is easy to earn and find.

Cheating is typically not a good thing. While you may think it gets you ahead, it can ultimately make things too easy and take the real fun and challenge out of any game. With the game of Farmville, there are a lot of people feeling left behind who will go on the hunt for quick and dirty solutions. Don’t waste your money on software that may mess up the game for you or guides that are outdated. Developers are well aware of these tools and will combat your efforts. There are however three legal cheats you can use to speed up your efforts in the game and ultimately level up fast.

This first one is one that your friends will greatly appreciate. It’s called boxing in your farmer. When you farmer first lands on your farm, he will land in the same spot every time. buy some hay bales, and put them all around him. This will prevent him from being able to walk across the farm. What you will notice is that when you go to fertilize in a far corner or harvest something, the work will get done and you will save a ton of time that might have been spent while he struggles to walk past objects or through growing crops. When your friends or neighbors come to visit to fertilize your crops, they too will be locked in place but will still be able to fertilize quickly and get out. This saves them time as well. One thing you will need to keep in mind is that when you expand your farm, the place where your farmer lands will change. At that time you can find the new spot and just move the boxed in area.

A second Farmville cheat involves what to do when you first get a chicken coop. The first chicken you should drop in is the one that is closest to being ready for a harvest. The rest of the chickens you add will follow suit and you won’t need to wait a full day before you can grab the eggs from your coop.

Finally, explore your ribbons a bit. Some of them you will see overlap. For instance, there is a “fenced in” ribbon, and there is a “pack rat” ribbon. Fenced in requires you to place a certain number of fences on your farm while the packrat requires you to have a certain number of objects on your farm. To knock out both of these ribbons in record time, save up some coin and go on a fence spending spree. Buy the cheapest fence you can find. As you place the fence pieces on your farm, they are also counted as objects. As you finish getting the fenced in ribbons, you will obtain all those needed for the pack rat as well. When you are done, just sell off all the fences you don’t want. A third benefit you will find is credits towards the high roller ribbon as well.

Getting those ribbons will give you some quick XP and help you level up a notch or two as well. These are things you can do that will not affect the application, and will still leave you with many harder challenges to explore. If you are feeling behind, these simple legal Farmville cheats may be all you need for a quick pick me up. Remember it is just a game and you should enjoy the challenge and have fun.

Online games are a great way to interact with friends while unwinding from a stressful work day. They can pull you away from your worries and give you great pleasure right from the comfort of your favorite cozy chair. One of the hottest new games that will stimulate your mind while giving you hours of fun is Farmville. To get the most out of the game, it is important to know the value of XP and the different ways to get it.

What is XP?

That stands for experience points. During the course of the game, you are given different types of tasks to perform that give you points upon completion. Not every task will give you the same amount of points. These experience points are added up and calculated to determine what level of the game you are at. Upon completing levels, you are awarded the highly sought after farm cash.

What are the ways to get these points?

Plowing plots. For every plot you plow you gain a point. While it might seem easy to just plow all day, this can take time and costs coin to do. You can only plow so much and you will run out of land, coin, and even fuel.

Planting seeds. Different seeds on the market will give you different amounts of XP. For instance, for each plot of strawberries you plant, you will gain 1 experience point. For soybeans you can get 2. While you may be thinking soybeans are the way to go, in reality you can get more from doing several planting of berries per day, as the soybeans will take a full 24 hours to mature.

Fertilize. Once you get a few neighbors on Farmville, it is easy to see them at the bottom of your play window. If you click on their pictures you can visit their farms. When you go, you may see some bags of fertilizer pop up in the upper left corner. Hover over their plots of land and just click down to fertilize their crops. You will get 1 XP for every plot you finish. Keep in mind, you will only be given 5 bags of fertilizer.

Get fertilized. If your friends come to fertilize your crops, you get an extra XP when you harvest. When you are prompted on the game after a planting to ask for some help from your friends, don’t feel bad about it – that is what they are there for.

Watch the feeds. Occasionally you will see a giant yellow star on the feed that says “Get help on your farm” or something similar. When you see that star, be sure to click it and collect. It may contain 100 experience points. That one click is much faster than fertilizing 100 crops for your friends.

Get ribbons. For each ribbon you get, you get some bonus points thrown your way as well. This can be as much as 250 XP just for buying, selling, collecting, and doing other things needed to keep your farm in good shape.

Spend coin. Some buildings can give you a thousand points per purchase. These will cost a lot of coin, but coin is easily made in just a few good harvests. If you are bordering on moving up a level and need just one more farm cash, go find some things to buy in the market.

Experience points are needed to level up in Farmville. The amount needed becomes higher and higher the longer you play the game, but can be simple to do when you know these ways. Take some time to really look at the right crops, watch the feeds, get some ribbons, and spend that coin. You’ll astonish your friends at how quickly you surpass them with your ability to get the most Farmville XP.

While there are some who play the game Farmville for the different animals they can collect, there are many who don’t much care to have wild creatures roaming around on their farm. Some like to play the game to grow unique flowers or just create a small town. But before you sell off those chickens you hatch while looking for other things, there are some things to consider about Farmville animals.

There are many different things needed to progress in the game, and keeping a few animals around is one of them. You don’t need to keep them forever, but while you are in the first levels of the game you don’t want to toss them aside haphazardly. Earning coins and getting ribbons are going to ultimately push you into gaining as much XP as possible. There are several advantages to having some specific breeds.

Even if you are not a big horse fan, you will want to get yourself a stable in Farmville. Owning a stable is a necessary evil for completion of one of the ribbon groups. The stable will take up less space than letting the horses run free, and can allow you to harvest the horse hair from all of them with just one click. In addition to the easy coin collection, you will find things in the stable upon occasion. This can be farm helpers or even XP. When you purchase a stable, you will need to collect some items to complete the construction before you can house the horses. One sneaky way to get these materials together before hand is to click to shelter the wild stallion. If you have not yet purchased your stable, the game will tell you that you have no where to house them but will give you some building supplies to get you started. Don’t buy the stable just yet! Keep clicking every time you see a stallion in the feed and you can keep collecting supplies. You are going to need 10 of everything after purchasing the frame, so keep that in mind. Once you purchase a frame, you will not get any freebies by clicking on the stallion.

Chickens can be quite dirty little creatures, but they are not so bad in Farmville. Plan to get a coop, and plan to host a couple of barn raisings to expand to the full capacity. Chickens in the coop can be harvested with one click – just like the horses. Perhaps the biggest advantage to them other than the coin is the different eggs they lay. One ribbon will require you to find lots of eggs in your coop, so it may take some time as you can only shoot to collect an egg once a day. Eggs will be a nice bonus for your friends as they can contain expensive houses and fun decorations. Hen feathers come from the chickens, and those are needed to complete some collections. You’ll want to have just a few chickens outside the coop to get those.

Dairy barns for the cows are not very lucrative, but do have some specific benefits. Cows come in pink, brown, and even green. One collection in particular requires you to complete it with a highly sought after cowbell. Where can you get cowbells? You guessed it.

There are some other types of foul required as well to collect feathers from for the collections. Some of these can be obtained from watching your neighbors feeds.

There are some simple ribbons such a Noah’s ark, animal shelter, zoologist, and even one for the cat lady. Getting these animal ribbons quickly will give you tons of XP. The sooner you get them, the faster you can sell off your livestock. To get the greatest advantage in the game, be sure to save and collect some of these Farmville animals.

Have you been playing Farmville and spending those hard earned cash dollars? You probably didn’t realize when you started playing the game that the dollars were going to get harder and harder to come by. But now you are probably at a level 25 or higher and have discovered something in the market place you really want to buy. Here are five ways to get more Farmville cash and get on with your game.

When you begin playing the game, you are deceptively given five dollars to start. From there, every time you level up you get another Farmville dollar. Leveling up is the first way to get Farmville cash. If you are in the lower levels, it is possible to do this once or twice a day – but as you move up in the game it becomes near impossible.

You could get lucky and find some Farmville cash in that little purple mystery box. Sending the mystery boxes is your second way of finding cash. There are stories of some who have found as many as three bucks in a day. Although honestly, this is not the norm.

One nice size jackpot can be won by entering the weekly Farmville photo contest. This is a new contest where you can submit a picture of your farm and win 100 FVC. Farm art is allowed or you can just send in what you think is a great looking plot of land. There may be some stiff competition, so be prepared to not necessarily win on your first few tries.

Through Zynga, you can complete some offers and get dollars as a reward. Some offers might be things like signing up for a movie delivery service. The amount you can get will vary and depends on what you are signing up for.

Perhaps the easiest way to get the bucks is to just pay for them. Luckily, they do not cost dollar for dollar, and the more you purchase in one transaction, the more they will give you. They can be ordered online directly from Zynga with a credit card or through a PayPal account. There are also many retailers in your local area now who carry game cards you can buy at the store.

There are a lot of fun items to purchase in the market. While many are available for coin, it seems the most interesting ones are only available for Farmville cash.

It doesn’t matter if you like chickens or not. If you are playing the game Farmville, you most certainly need to get yourself a chicken coop. There will be advantages for you, for your friends, and it ultimately makes the game a lot of fun. If you are going to take up precious space with this building, here are some ways to get the most from your chickens.

How do the chickens work? There are four types of chickens to be found on the game. They are white, brown, black and gold. Each of these colors can lay eggs of their respective shades. Of these the most coveted is the golden egg. In a golden egg you might find houses that are worth over a hundred thousand coin, as well as other things needed for your farm. In order to get eggs that contain prizes, you need to have your chickens in a coop. You want to encourage your friends to all get coops as well as this increases everyones chances of finding great things.

How does the chicken coop work? The coop itself is not very expensive and can be purchased on the market for coin. You are only allowed one. When you first get it, it has a capacity of just 20. This can be expanded to a full size of 60 with a couple of barn raisings.

To raise a barn, you simply choose to have a barn raising from your storage control panel and this will provide a notification on your Facebook feed. You will need the help of 10 friends to click on the help button in order to expand your coop to 40, then again to 60.

Once you get a coop, you can drag and drop your chickens into it. You can also click on the coop to look inside. White chickens are considered level one, and their daily egg harvest is 8 coins. This means if you have all white chickens in your coop, you will get 8 coins a day from each of them. Brown chickens are worth 16, black are worth 32, and gold are worth 64. From a coin collecting perspective, you can easily see the clear advantage to accumulating all gold chickens in your coop. You can buy gold chickens for Farmville cash, but a better way is to keep your eyes on the feed and look for eggs to hatch. You can hatch a gold chicken from a black egg, so don’t disregard eggs that are not gold.

You can remove chickens and replace them at any time. This means you do have the ability once the coop is full to trade out your white, brown, and black chicks for gold ones as they appear.

When first putting chickens in your coop, the cycle of when the coop is ready to be harvested is determined by the first chicken that goes in. So for instance, lets say you have a loose chicken who is 99 percent ready before harvesting. If you put that chicken in the coop first followed by what ever other chickens you have, the entire coop will be at 99 percent and you may get to do an entire harvest with in minutes. After that they will be ready every 24 hours.

As you collect eggs from your chicks, you will get credits that go toward one of the ribbons. These can take some time to accumulate, so the sooner you can get your coop up and running the better.

When your friends visit your farm to fertilize, they may also be given an option to feed your chickens. When they do this, sometimes your chickens will lay some colored eggs for them to distribute on their Facebook feed. You can then claim one of these eggs yourself.

When you find a colored egg, you will not be able to keep it. You will get credit for the ribbon, and have the option to share the egg with the rest of your friends.

Be sure to get your own coop as soon as possible, and expand it to full capacity. Work to get as many gold chickens in it as you can. And don’t forget to harvest it daily to get your coin and work toward the egg-cellent discovery ribbons. Your friends will enjoy coming to your farm to fertilize regularly when they know their odds are great of getting that golden egg.

It can happen when you least expect it. You are happily plowing along on your farm and suddenly the window pops up telling you that you don’t have enough coin for this! What should you do? Pull out your wallet? Heck no. Coin is abundant and there is no need to pay real money for it. There are some things you can do to prepare for these future occasions, but for now here are 3 ways to find coin quick on Farmville.

Do you have any luxury buildings or items that are regularly available in the market? Sell what you have. While you won’t get back what you paid for them, you can always plant a few more crops and just buy them back again. Check your storage too for items you may no longer want or are replicas you don’t really need. That grain silo you found last week in a golden egg will get you a quick 1k coin. If you really want it back it won’t be that difficult. Just be careful not to sell your holiday or limited edition items.

Comb the feeds. Check your feed either on Farmville or Facebook, and look for everything. See who is playing and go directly to their wall. You can collect on everything from their ribbon celebrations to even some animals they may have tossed out. Grab the animals and you can sell them immediately after taking them into your gift box. Find the right feed and you can collect several thousand coin in a matter of minutes. Many people don’t bother with the small celebrations, but they add up fast in just a few clicks.

Check your trees and animals. It is easy to get used to looking at that lemon tree in full bloom, forgetting that you can harvest it and your lemons will come back again. Look for the tell tale pink indicator over all of your animals and see if anyone is ready to be harvested. It is a good idea to keep some high coin animals around like bulls just for these types of occasions. Harvest them first, and sell if you must. They found their way to your farm before, and there will be more to come. If you are having trouble seeing everything that could be harvested, it might be time to use that arborist or farm hand you have stored in your gift box.

The next time you are in a panic for some coin, remember to try these three places first. You might even invest in some buildings when you are in abundance, just to have some backup for future emergencies when you need to find coin quick on Farmville.

Did you discover one of the hottest new game crazes? Are you finding life on the farm better than you had ever imagined? Farmville will tickle the fancy of many who may not otherwise think so. Running a farm in the real world is not all that much fun, but with this game you imagination can run wild on your own plot of land without the dastardly smell of manure. Once you get into this game, one of your main objectives to get everything you want will be knowing some tricks on how to level up fast in Farmville.

Leveling up has many advantages. Aside from getting some cash, you need to level up in order to expand your farm for just coin and have access to some other goodies in the market. Here are three things you can do to move up the line quick.

Earn some ribbons. You can earn ribbons by collecting stray animals, collecting or buying fences, and even from planting crops. Take some time to look at all the different types of ribbons and what is necessary to get them. Some will take only seconds while others will require a lot of work. What you need to know is that you will get big chunks of XP with each ribbon, and it is those experience points that are needed to kick you up each level.

Purchase high ticket items for coin. While you may not want a greenhouse on your farm, making this purchase for coin will give you a thousand XP in one shot. Coin can be made a large variety of ways, so don’t be afraid to spend it. Take the coin you’ve earned from your crops and make some extravagant purchases. If you don’t like something, you can always sell it. You’ll get to keep the experience points you got when you bought the item in the first place.

Expand your land. The more land you have, the more crops you can plant, and the more coin you can make. Expanding your farm should be an early priority in the game. It will give you room to keep the items you really want while allowing plenty of space to keep the things that will make you some regular coin. Don’t make the mistake of expanding without some coin left over to plant on your new area. This can set you back a day or two in the game so do budget accordingly.

As you level up, you’ll be excited to see that farm cash increase. You won’t need to spend it foolishly on things you can get for coin. Overall, it gets harder to level up the more you do it, but if you can move up to the plantation sized lot it will give you much needed room for crops and space to put those big ticket items. Don’t forget about looking at your ribbons too if you are wanting to level up fast in Farmville.

3 Things You Need To Know As A Farmville Beginner

Have your friends been begging you for months to become their neighbor on Farmville? Well it’s about time! But before you haphazardly dive in, there are some tips you need to know as a beginner. This information is vital to helping you level up quickly in the game and gaining advantages over your new neighbors. You will level up quicker than your friends did and they will be quite jealous when you do.

If you have never been a hoarder in your life, this is your big opportunity. Keep everything you come across and don’t sell it or use it until you know what it does or what it is needed for. You will come across strange objects like butterflies, nails, and you may even get a cow as a gift. You may not want cows on your farm, but you will want them once you know how they can help you. You don’t have to display all these things in the open if you find them unsightly. There are ways to use trees to cover up goodies that will help you earn coins and ribbons. Stash everything aside until you have thoroughly investigated what the purpose or meaning is behind it. Once you are sure it is something you don’t need, you can sell it to keep your gift box from over flowing. You can have up to 50 items in your gifts, so don’t worry until that number gets close.

Don’t spend your Farmville cash dollars too quick. When you start the game, you are given 5 FVC to start. Cash is not the same as coin. In fact, you will have a really tough time getting it without whipping out your wallet. You can only get these dollars for free by leveling up, or finding some in a purple mystery box. It is very hard to come by and can be used in the market to buy some really special things. You can only level up to 70, and with items that cost 50-60 Farmville cash, it can go in one fell swoop. Coin on the other hand is earned daily and can be found all over. If you want to spend right away, make sure they are coin purchases. Save your cash for a rainy day.

Watch the feeds. Feeds are what are displayed on your friends Facebook walls. As they earn ribbons, find lost animals, finish collections, and even plow, they will post a lot of things to their wall through the Farmville application. You can click on links in their feeds and get immediate coin, eggs that hatch things, and even XP or experience points. Experience points will help you to level up quickly in the game and get more coveted Farmville cash.

Following the above, you can shoot up as many as five to ten levels in your first couple of days. Most of all, just remember to have fun. It doesn’t take much time at all to become a pro from a Farmville beginner.

3 Reasons To Complete Farmville Collections

Are you playing Farmville? Whether you are playing to interact with your friends or tickle your creative side, there are several facets to the game which you need to be aware of. One piece of the overall puzzle is knowing the benefits of the collections. Before you sell off that cowbell you just found, read why you may want to keep it.

When you first begin playing the game, you may find that there are some strange items you don’t really know what to do with. What is the pair of gloves for? Why is there a random blue feather coming out of your trees? You will not see it initially, but in just a few levels up you are given a collections box. It will be found just above the giant ribbon in your control area. An icon will appear, and it is where you can start to save some items that you will come across during play time.

Some of these strange things like the dragonfly can appear and disappear from your gift box from time to time. They are pieces of the overall collections. Currently there are 5 different types of things to collect and your collections box can hold 10 of each item. If the collections box is not yet showing for you, you’ll want to keep these items in your gift box and try to level up quickly before it gets too full.

The five collections include gardening tools, country kitsch, bugs, butterflies, and feathers. Each collection has six different items needed to make a complete set. As you complete the sets you can trade them in.

So, what will you get? The first big bonus for completing a collection is some coin. Coin is always useful in buying more seed and planting more crops – as well as getting some fun stuff in the market place.

Completing collections are needed to get ribbons. As you might know, getting ribbons gives you several benefits but the most valuable perhaps it the XP or experience points. If you’ve been doing a lot of fertilizing of your friends farms for these, you will appreciate the chunk of 250 XP when it is presented to you.

One more great bonus from completing collections is 5 fuel refills. If your land has fully expanded, you know how quickly that gas will go from all the plowing, seeding, and harvesting. You can shoot through a couple of tanks of gas easily with just one planting. When you see 5 fuel refills in your gift box after completing that collection you are going to be glad you have it.

Don’t delete or sell anything until you know what it really is. While your intention may be to create a simple tree farm, the collections are going to assist you in getting your goals completed faster what ever they might be. Keep your eyes peeled for things your friends are giving away that can help complete your Farmville collections.
